Alpha Zeta will be hosting a half field 6 v 6 soccer tournament Sunday April 25th at Appel Fields starting at 11:00am with all proceeds going to benefit Mbaka Oromo Primary school in western Kenya. One of our members will be personally delivering the check to the Kenyan school this summer.
The tournament will have a twist, however, as all games will be played with “Kenyan Style” soccer balls, which are plastic bags shaped into a ball and secured with twine.
To register a team go to our facebook event “Alpha Zeta Presents Kickin’ it for Kenya Soccer Tournament” and click on the link to the registration form.
Payment before April 25th is $30 per team and on the day of it is $35.
Checks should be made payable to Alpha Zeta Fraternity and given to any AZ member or dropped off in the mailbox at 214 Thurston.
